Our internships provide students with the opportunity to do “real work” alongside our talented full-time employees, and to gain first-hand experience with a leading global consumer products company. Many of our internships also provide broad exposure to the organization through formal orientation meetings or informal sessions with mentors and senior leaders, as well as a variety of development opportunities through training. And we consider our internship programs to be mutually-beneficial. Student interns provide outside perspective and new thinking, and we highly value the insights these experiences bring to our company. Successful student interns have a strong academic record, good communication skills, an inherent ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and a genuine interest in working for a truly global company. |
