Description: 

This program is an outstanding opportunity for fellowship support for women and minority students in science and engineering disciplines relevant to the business of AT&T. Participating students work on individual projects which are parts of the ongoing research in the lab. The projects are ideally designed so that they can be completed and reported on over the 10-week course of the summer. Participants will gain valuable exposure to the challenges and rewards of a scientific career. Students will be part of quest to make a significant contribution to your field of study. Today, when many prospective employers are looking for job applicants with real-world experience, this experience provides a headstart to a career.

Compensation:
 

Paid salary and round-trip travel reimbursement. Living accommodations will be arranged at a nearby campus, and bus transportation will be provided between housing facilities and the labs.
