Description: 

The program is supported in part by the National Science Foundation as a "Research Experiences for Undergraduates" (REU) site. Undergraduate physics and related majors currently in their sophomore or junior year are invited to apply. The Lehigh Physics Undergraduate Research Program is intended for students who plan to pursue graduate study in physics or related fields. Possible research areas include: Astrophysics, Atomic Physics, Biophysics, Condensed Matter Physics, Electrical Engineering and Nano-Science, High Energy Theory, Materials Sciences, Nuclear/Particle Physics, Photonics and Nonlinear Optics, Physics Education Research, Plasma Physics, Statistical Physics.
   

Benefits: 

$6000 stipend and free housing.
